Substance Abuse Prevention
ACSA Standards
This course is designed to inform employees, employers, managers and supervisors how substance abuse affects a working environment. Benefits of taking action are discussed, as well as discussion on how drugs and alcohol affect the safety of everyone at a work site.
Topics include: The importance of having a Substance Abuse Prevention Program, formal written policy and procedural process, defining use verses abuse and an overview of the drug use among working Canadians.
